Shipping Policy

This policy describes how Survival AI LLC ships Zero Kit orders. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Pre-order timing

The Zero Kit is currently sold by pre-order. The first production run is scheduled to ship in Q4 2026. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may shift due to manufacturing, component supply, or logistics. We notify pre-order customers by email as a confirmed ship window approaches, and units generally ship in the order reservations were placed.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we add other regions, availability will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported and used at their destination.

3. Shipping costs and carriers

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout. We ship using reputable carriers and provide a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

4. Processing and delivery

Once a unit is ready and payment has cleared, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within a few business days. Transit time then depends on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather, or customs. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, but we will help you track and resolve issues where we can.

6. Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. If a shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at srrosas@gmail.com and we will work with you and the carrier to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly, though we will help where possible.
