Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for Zero Kit purchases from Survival AI LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Pre-order cancellations
Because the Zero Kit is sold by pre-order, you may cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. To cancel, email us at srrosas@gmail.com with your order details before your unit enters fulfillment.
2. 30-day returns
Once your Zero Kit is delivered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To qualify, the device must be:
- In good, undamaged condition with normal use only;
- Returned with its included accessories and packaging where possible; and
- Reset to factory settings so any personal data is removed before shipping it back.
3. How to start a return
Email srrosas@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
5. Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective unit, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured method, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you. Defects after this window may be covered by the limited warranty in our Terms of Service.
